I got charged 300 dollars after the ad said 145$
I got charged $300 after the AD said it was only $149. Why am I getting charged double?
Thats the only reason I wanted to start. Please send me my money back I cant afford $300 a month.

Wanted to set up timing for payment on the third when money would be in my account. Need the medication, but now I'm paying an additional $35 to the bank.

I signed up and paid the $45 membership because it said It will only be $145 a month as soon as I am approved by a health care team. Thinking the meds cost $145 a month.
I went to the RX section to see when it would arrive.
There it said I need to choose my type of meds and it would be either $400 or $500 a month PLUS THE $145!!
I immediately started searching for the cancel membership section and there is no where you can cancel. No phone number to call and no chat button!

I inquired about switching from Viagra to Ro Sparks. I was told I would be contacted by email.
I didn't see the contact when it came through because I was sick. In the email, I was asked if it was helpful—thumbs up or thumbs down. Also, did I have another question? It was all set and ready to go.
I did not respond at all; I didn't see it. It was run through anyway. The money would not be in the bank till the third. I was going to shut that up.
Now the bank is charging me an additional $35.
I should have waited till I answered the email. I want the medication, but I didn't want to pay an additional $35.

Delivery problem
I changed my address with you. My last order was delivered to my old address.
In reviewing tracking for my product, I see that my new address was used to begin delivery of my product, but it was delivered to my old address! I no longer have access to my old address. I have been emailing back and forth about this issue for a couple of weeks! At first, I was told that my request was granted and I would receive my product.
I have since been asked to provide several pieces of personal info. I have provided that info only to be told my account cannot be located, etc. etc.
I would appreciate if info could be confirmed by all of your agents so as to resolve this issue. Living in hope, Linda Veloso
