Terrible! They do not respond to customer support calls or emails.
I need to get my script refilled for 5mg vial of zepbound. I have been trying to get this resolved since Wednesday , 3/26/2025.
The wrong script for a pen vs vial was sent to my local Walgreens Pharmacy vs shipped by RO. Pen order never filled.

Charged after canceling
I canceled my subscription in February and they charged me in April. The customer service phone listed does not work. They tell to email them and they'll get back to you in 48 hours.

Terrible CS. You can only message them, and they will reply within 3 days.
I was going on vacation, needed my medication a few days early so Id have it. I was told that was fine, then a nurse put my shipment on hold.
Now Im without medication, but they still charged me 500.!
Stoll havent seen the refund and no one will get back to me. Awful.

I would like to cancel my subscription
it has no effect on me. Its just a waste of my money thanks for the try. so I really would like you all stop charging me for something that was promising to work but so far theres no difference from the rest of the medicine once again thank you for your help..

Need script sent to correct pharmacy
This company has screwed up my script three times. The only thing they have done successfully is take money from my credit card.
I cannot get my script.
They will not answer the phone. It is nothing but a phone loop.

Resolved: Stop auto generating my order and charging my card
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said they will not do an automatic draft from my credit card and send me the medication until I am ready
I want them to contact me so I can tell them to stop sending my RX and charging my credit card, when I am ready to reorder I will contact them.
